SJS Pet Care Return Policy

1. Medicines & Pharmacy

As per drug licensing regulations, all medicines, vaccines, prescription products, and consumables are strictly NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.

Please verify your prescription and medicines before leaving the clinic counter.

2. Accessories & Retail

Eligibility: Non-medical items (toys, leashes, etc.) may be returned within 7 days.

Condition: Must be unused, intact, and in original packaging with a valid invoice.

Refund Method: Approved returns will be issued ONLY as an Exchange or Credit Note. Cash refunds or online reversals are not provided.

3. Clinical Services

All consultation fees, diagnostic investigations, and surgical procedure charges are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE, irrespective of the medical outcome.

Boarding fees and grooming sessions (once commenced) are also non-refundable.

4. Failed Transactions

If an amount is deducted but the appointment is not confirmed, please contact your bank. Reversals usually take 7 business days per banking norms.

5. Delivery Risks

The Clinic is not liable for leakage, breakage, or damage during transit via third-party couriers or porters.

Delivery charges are entirely non-refundable once the item has been dispatched.
