Professional Facility: SJS Pet Care operates as a veterinary medical facility, licensed pharmacy, and pet-care retail outlet.
Right to Refuse: The Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment or service where medically, ethically, or legally appropriate.
Owner Responsibility: Owners must provide truthful medical history. Failure to disclose info relieves the Clinic of all liability.
No Guarantee: Veterinary practice involves biological variability; no guarantee is made regarding treatment recovery or survival.
Clinical Discretion: Decisions are made in the best interest of the patient based on available info at the time.
Compliance: The Clinic is not liable for complications arising from owner non-compliance with discharge instructions.
Settlement: All dues must be settled at the time of billing via Cash, UPI, Cards, or Bank Transfer.
Non-Refundable: All consultation fees, investigations, and procedures are strictly non-refundable regardless of outcome.
Strictly Medical: We provide boarding only for pets requiring medical monitoring, subject to doctor availability.
Abandonment Clause: If a pet is not collected within 7 days of discharge, custody may be transferred to an NGO/Rescue.
Liability: Clinic is not liable for stress-induced appetite loss or injuries caused by self-trauma during stay.
Risks: Owners must disclose skin conditions. Matts may require shaving, which carries risks of minor nicks or abrasions.
Sedation: Administered only under veterinary supervision and is separately chargeable.
Indemnification: Owners agree to hold the Clinic harmless against claims arising from pet behavior, bites, or injuries.
Governing Law: Governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Gurgaon, Haryana.
